A Very Special Senior Session: Celebrating Noah – Class of 2026
This senior session will forever hold a special place in my heart. I’ve photographed countless incredible seniors over the years, but this one was extra meaningful-because I had the honor of photographing my nephew, Noah. Watching him grow into the hardworking, determined young man he is today has been such a gift, and capturing this milestone felt incredibly full-circle.
Noah is currently a senior at Nonnewaug High School in Woodbury, CT, and will be graduating with the Class of 2026. Anyone who knows him can tell you he’s a true go-getter, a young man who doesn’t just dream big, but actually puts in the work to make those dreams happen.
A Young Man With Drive
Noah balances more hobbies and responsibilities than most adults, and yet he does it all with a level of maturity that sets him apart. He runs his own landscaping business, something he has built from the ground up-an accomplishment he’s incredibly proud of (and rightfully so!).
He’s also a junior member of the Seymour, CT Volunteer Fire department, a role that speaks volumes about his character, commitment, and heart for helping others. When he’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find him on his dirtbike or enjoying time outdoors. Hardworking, determined, and always ready to jump into the next challenge!
Planning for the Future
After graduation, Noah plans to pursue a career as a firefighter, and continuing to run his landscaping business on the side. His drive and focus at such a young age are nothing short of inspiring, and I have no doubt he’ll achieve every goal he sets for himself.
A Session With Meaning
For his senior photos, Noah wanted to incorporate something that felt personal to him-and of course, that meant his truck. It was the perfect touch and fit seamlessly with his personality and lifestyle. The session felt authentic, relaxed, and so true to who he is.
As I photographed him, I couldn’t help but feel incredibly proud-not just as his photographer, but as his aunt. Capturing this moment in his life was more than a session; it was a celebration of the hardworking young man he has become and the bright future ahead of him.
Noah, congratulations on your senior year. I am so proud of you, and I can’t wait to see where your determination and heart take you next!
